Chickamauga
Chickamauga
Chickamauga: Bloody September, 1863 (CBS) is Volume 4 of Paul Koenig's Bloody Civil War Series.
It is a two-player war game simulating the second bloodiest battle of the war and the biggest defeat for the Union in the West. As the Confederate player, you are in the rare position of outnumbering the enemy. On the first day you must take Union General Thomas' initial blow, and then knock him back, setting up for the decisive battle on the second day after the arrival of James Longstreet. As the Union player, you must hope that Thomas can be the Rock of Chickamauga once again. Your army arrives slowly, and you will be hard pressed to hold back the Rebels.
